I would pick a nice restaurant where my date would feel comfortable and safe.I would want the atmosphere to be soft, but lively. I would suggest we have a cocktail before we order to give us time to start to know each other.During and after the meal the conversation should be casual. I would let my date determine the length of stay, which would indicate if she is enjoying herself.If we arrived in separate cars(likely on first date)I would walk her to her car,ask her if she if had an enjoyable evening (hopefully she is positive) Kiss her on the cheek and and tell her would call her the next day. I would then watch as she drove away.
