Very creative. Social. A good friend. I enjoy other cultures and travel. I have seen a good portion of our country and world. I have been an animal lover since birth. I live on the river finding a special ambience in water. I enjoy cooking, maintaining my gardens (was just awarded yard of the year) and restoring my 1890's home (hands-on). I love to laugh and find myself humorous when I mess something up. I love my Celtic herritage. I have beautiful and abounding memories of my children growing up. Retirement is awesome. I'm a sunshine person and love to be outside in good weather. Nature and all its splendor nurishes me. I would love to be a "snow bird" and head to warmer climates in the winter. I love music, like to dance as if no one is watching, enjoy photography and just generally have fun where ever I go. Life is short. Most of my friends are younger as I have a high energy level ... that type "A" personality. I have been single a long time now and the baggage is long lost. For the right man I am willing to relocate as the relationship is far more important than this old house.

Festivals, concerts, getting together with friends, walking along the river, traveling, pub crawls, listening to musician friends gigs and jams, great Broadway theater or even taking in a new film. Exploring nature. Boating. Photography. Music is very important in my life. I somewhat absorb it rather than simply listen to it. I'm a writer and artist thus I enjoy my time and the works of others. Visiting with other cultures is stimulating; I enjoy the world experience.

Someone who is friendly, social and generally considerate. A one woman man as I am a one man woman. Relationships are complex. There must be that spark.
