Let's be real for a moment. Most of us have worked all of our lives to get where we are at today. Most people our age do not get married again. You might live in your own respective homes and share times together or live together with a prenup. Point is, no one is going to leave their homes and families, friends and their surroundings to take a gambIe at this late date in their lives. I traveled a lot courtesy of the United States Marine Corps in the Mediterranean and in the States. I would not do it again. It's a far more dangerous world to backpack across Europe and most non-Americans really don't like us. If you are talking about a cruise or travel in the States I am open to that possibility, I love the ocean, minus "jaws". Not looking for a one night stand. I am searching for the hardest, most difficult, and powerful thing on earth, "LOVE". Do you have to "kiss a lot of frogs" and scams, yep! I am not one of them, I am very serious about this and have the scars to prove it. With that more about me. I have many varied hobbies and interests. Motorcycles, fast cars, historical research, reading, landscaping, music, holidays, family, good food, pleasant company, to name a few. As I am retired, I try to enjoy everyday to it's fullest. To pack as much living as I can into each and everyday. I do not live in the past except to learn from it. Everyday I start out with a clean slate, a positive attitude, to deal with any ups or downs that come my way. I served in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam war. Graduated from Ball State University with a degree in History (B.S.). Worked for a Fortune 500 Corporation in sales, marketing and advertising. I have been fortunate to have good health, good income. I drink socially, no illegal drugs, no smoking, don't hang out in bars and not here to pick up anyone. I consider myself compassionate, honest, a good friend, I always give respect and honor to those I meet. I give as I get. Things are only as important as they can be shared with others. Money as a thing is not as important to me as getting things that can be enjoyed here and now. I have been blessed in more ways than I can say in this space.
