Recently entering the dating scene after 18 years..since I have lived and worked in a rather remote area (Lompoc), I like the idea of meeting people online.
I am physically active and love cycling and hiking, and go to the gym often for yoga and zumba.
My friends are a very important part of my life.
I am a retired banker. I have had the good fortune to have travelled extensively during the past 8 years since my retirement. Cooking is a passion, and I read whenever I have time...fiction and biography. My next project is planting a vegetable garden. I volunteer my time for the Sierra Club adopt a highway and conservation issues. I also work as a counselor for the AARP Tax Aide project..doing taxes for seniors.
I like the company of an energetic, smart, and funny guy who is content to enjoy a simple, uncomplicated life!
