I'm comfortable being alone, because I respect myself and others too much to be misused in a relationship. Having said that I miss the intimacy a healthy relationship gives. Sharing time, conversation, ideas, ideals, the kitchen, bedroom, projects and places are just some parts of the type of intimacy I like to share. But to share you too must be comfortable alone. I'm no hero or lifesaver; I'm poor and 72 years of age. I'm a man (without machismo) with character, principles and responsibilities to my partner. I'm an egalitarian who gives as good as he gets.
