I am from America and am so happy to find that Australians generally like Americans. I have met many very kind and thoughtfull people in the 3 years that I have lived here. I am a permanent resident and I have no intentions of leaving here.
I lived in Taiwan for 2 years before coming here. Before that I was living in Florida for 20 years. I was a teacher of English as a Second Language for 20 years. Before that I lived in California for many years and for a shorter time in the states of Washington, Arizona and Missouri. I also visited a number of other states. I have visited Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Thailand, Hong Kong and the Phillipines. So, I am not attracted by the lure of travel anymore but I'm very happy for the experiences and opportunities
that I have had. Now I would just like to meet someone with whom I can spend some enjoyable time.
