Mi descriverei come
Frumpy dirty gardener one day, totally focused writer and creator the next, dolled up for dancing and singing a couple a nights a week, whirling dervish in my small kitchen capable of spinning out savory delicacies, or a cheese sandwich. You get a lot of different aspects with me.
I can be pretty darned silly (I teach and do improvisation, but more serious improv like Playback and singing). And I can be very intense and searching. I am considered by some to be in the vanguard, a scout of sorts, a free and new thinker, one who looks ahead, sees what's coming, then comes back to the tribe to share what I learned.
I am presently working on my own PhD from the World University (jest), writing up my 35 years as an innovator in the field of applied theater/improvisation with a focus on showing how improvisation teaches the 21st Century capacities we need to "surthrive" the constant changes and challenges of the day. This will also involve a workshop which I will pilot in my home studio.
It sounds like I am all heady, but I am very much in my body. I love to move and touch, kiss and hold, be held, be seen, see. I love to make love and still have a healthy appetite. I love to eat, but good food and mostly in moderation. I love to cook for the people I love.
Btw, my pictures reflect me with redder, longer hair. I have recently whacked it off and stopped "reminding" my hair that it was once red. I am trying out and growing out my natural color, which is reddish-gray now. It is short and in that awkward stage because I don't want to cut it but grow it longer.

Singing in a band. Living off the grid. Living in an ashram in India. Walking some very long distance. Loving a man whole-heartedly (again). Hang gliding. Living somewhere really remote.

Varied. I like to get with other musicians and improvise (I sing). I love going for hikes/walks in any kind of nature. Dancing. Staying home and making a good dinner, having a wonderful conversation, then cuddling (if we have known each other a while).
