I love animals (got two dogs), books, movies, and spending as much time as possible exploring this beautiful country. I have a daughter in Alaska and grandchildren in Arizona. 1)Packing up the trunk of the car, or, in the old days, the saddlebags, putting on my sunglasses, and heading out with a few bucks in my pocket and no particular destination in mind.
2) Taking my grandchildren or grandnephews to Disneyland.
3) Spending the whole day (at least three movies) at the theater when they are playing some great action or comedy films.
4) Sitting on a bench on the board walk on Allen Street in Tombstone, watching the people go by.
5) Looking at the ocean.
6) Riding a riverboat on the Mississippi or the Colorado.
7) Checking out all the wonderful Casino Resort landscaping in Las Vegas, and watching the overhead projections on Fremont Street.
