I live in a great place, Vancouver Island, and have wonderful friends and family, occasional contract work which is deeply satisfying, and the health and energy to enjoy each day to the full.

Travel, specially going well off the beaten track for work or pleasure, is an integral part of my life, as is learning, whether about theology, photography, international politics or new recipes!

What's missing? Only the right person to share the journey. Preferably this person will be strongly and actively interested in this wonderful world and all its people, will invest some of his energy in contributing to the strength of his own community and all its members, have a great sense of humour, a sense of awe, self-confidence, maybe some musical or artistic talent or at least interest, probably a commitment to the spiritual life, and ...?

A tökéletes első randi így néz ki számomra:

How about somewhere quiet enough to talk, and with some ready-made "content" in case one of us is a little shy: maybe the coffee shop at the museum or art gallery? Equally, if you have an errand of some type, I can enjoy just being with you. I would like the first meeting to be early in the day so that we have the option of extending our time if we feel that wonderful spark :-)

Mindig kipróbáltam volna a(z)

A horse-trek holiday, maybe in South Africa would, I think, be a great way to see the country - one I have not yet visited. How about going back stage at La Scala or the Old Vic? Visit an elephant logging area in SE Asia, this would be a re-run of a childhood memory. With some help, I'd like to build a coracle and use it on a sheltered lake and then on the ocean. And it's time to learn Irish and a couple of other languages. And to take time to enjoy walking on the beach, sitting watching the waves, and just enjoying life.
